How can I upload files to Skedula?

To upload a file to Skedula, refer to the Account tab, and then go to the File Manager.

At the top of the page you'll find the File Manager options. These options allow to you upload a file or create a new folder in your user directory.

When you click to Upload a File a window will appear. Click Browse for Files to continue the upload.

Once you have selected your file(s), click Upload Files.

On the left hand side your File Browser displays all of your current folders and files. To see the contents of a folder, click the plus sign or select the folder itself to view in Folder Details.

Folder Details allows you to delete and view multiple file properties at a time. To delete a file in a folder check off the file and click Delete Selected Files.

If a file is selected the file details will be displayed. The details list the current assignment the file is attached to, as well as the course or user it's shared with. Files shared with specific class are shared via Pupil Path. You can also share a file with the entire school. To edit the files sharing properties click Share File. Click any of the buttons to perform the operation. If you wish to update an already uploaded file, click Upload New Version , then browse for the new file. 

Sharing properties are broken up by course code and job types. To select a user click the check mark. To select the entire school click the check mark at the top of the window. When you are done click Apply Changes.
