Attendance: Mock Bubble Sheets

Mock Bubble Sheets can be used to quickly transfer attendance for a course from Skedula to an official weekly or daily attendance bubble sheet.

Attendance must be taken for the desired dates before viewing the mock bubble sheets. Click here for instructions on how to take attendance using a seating chart.

To view the Mock Bubble Sheets, follow the directions below.
 

Step 1

On the left hand side of Skedula, click “Reports” and then click “Mock Bubble Sheets.”

 
 

Step 2

Choose the course you would like to view the mock bubble sheets for in the dropdown menu underneath “Courses."

 
 
 

Step 3

Choose if you would like to view the weekly attendance or the daily attendance in the dropdown menu underneath “Attendance Type.”

 
 
 

Step 4

For daily attendance, select the date you would like to view underneath “Date.” For weekly attendance, select a day in the week you would like to view.

 
 

Step 5

Click “Filter Results.”

 
 

Step 6

Weekly mock bubble sheets will show the attendance that has been taken for the course for the full week selected.

 
 
Daily mock bubble sheets will show the attendance that has been taken for the course for the day selected.

 
Note: If no attendance has been taken for the week or day selected, the grid will appear blank. Click here for instructions on how to take attendance using a seating chart.

Step 7

Attendance days where comments were recorded will have a comment bubble next to them. Double click on the bubble to view the comment.



 

Step 8

Click "Ok" to return to the Mock Bubble Sheet screen.
