Groups: How Do I Transfer a Student Group Across Terms

You have the ability to move student groups from one term to another. This feature is extremely useful if you are creating courses in Skedula that do not link to STARS.

Step 1 (Teacher)

Click Grade>Grade Transfer then select Student Groups.

Step 1 (Administrator)

If you are an administrator that does not have teacher rights to any classes, click the gear icon at the top of the site then scroll down and click Transfers then select Student Groups.


 

Step 2

Choose the term you would like to transfer from, select the groups you want to transfer then click Transfer.


Once the groups have been transferred they will be displayed in red.
